From the South:

Take I-5 north to exit 504 for Hood Franklin Road toward Hood/Franklin. Turn right on Hood Franklin Road. Travel 1 mile to Franklin Blvd. and turn left. Travel .7 miles and Franklin Ranch will be on the right.

From the North:

Take I-5 south to exit 504 for Hood Franklin Road. Keep left at the fork, and follow the signs for Franklin. Turn left at Hood Franklin Road. Travel 1 mile to Franklin Blvd. and turn left. Travel .7 miles and Franklin Ranch will be on the right.
